• Optimized a distributed development team of 150 technologists to support 35 applications across three development centers, by balancing outsourcing and permanent staffing objectives

• Continuously looked to maximize value across annual operating budget of approximately $28 million via reinvestment in infrastructure, tools, training, utilities and talent management

Vice President, Global Head of Accounting Applications Dallas, Texas (2002 – 2004)

Integrated industry leading SunGard InvestOne software into JPMorgan technology architecture in support of Global Funds business representing $1.5 Trillion in Assets under Management

• Introduced a federated development model and collapsed a two-continent development group into a unified, consistent and centralized development super-center for Global Accounting application development

• Represented JPMorgan on SunGard Client Technology Council and Industry panels

Vice President, Head of European Accounting Applications Bournemouth, UK (2001 – 2002)

Relocated to the United Kingdom; helped European Accounting heads establish a local governance model for application enhancements around the SunGard InvestOne core
